No, only if you have problems. For some of them, PACK might help. However, it did not help in this case. :) There is some bugs with the screen designer. Sometimes, a deleted records is shown at design mode. So, PACKing in this case might help.

Can you describe excatly what is the problem? Are you able to get to design mode at all?
