Thanks for responding. I was able to remove messages using the "Remove messages" button. However, I noticed that when I got a reply to one of my previous questions, I did a map, and saw several levels of replies which I thought I deleted (removed).

When I looked in the mail box, the only message/reply was this one, and the others were deleted. Does it take some time to remove certain messages/replies from the Universal Thread?
