For testing purposes I want to remove the tree view control
from my system (to see what happens when it's not installed correct
and the form starts..So I can ignore it.)

I tried both
regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx /U

Then I deleted the three files with mscomctl*
Then I restarted. The active X control still wokrs fine.

How can this be?
