I won't hold my breath on that. Only VC++ got a "real" port to Pocket PC. VB for Pocket PC is really just VBScript, it has lots of limitations and it is real slow.
*If* MS port VFP to .NET and *if* they port the CRL to Pocket PC, then you will be able to write app for the Pocket PC with VFP, but you will surely lose a lot of VFP unique features in the .NET port: local data engine, macro expension, etc. (See other threads on that topic.)
I really doubt that they will port VFP to Pocket PC, given the small market of VFP and the hardware limitations of Pocket PC. If they couldn't port completly their popular VB to Pocket PC, imagine what they think of VFP on Pocket PC...
>Does anyone know if there is a little chance that Microsoft will do a tiny version of VFP for Pocet-PC, like they have done with C++ and VB?
