Thank you for taking your time to look at my problem. While reworking the SQL SELECT statement to include ALL the data and results of the FUNCTIONS as you advised, I came across the cause of my problem. <g>

In the footer of the Report is a function call 'RPTFOOTER' to create the Name,Address line of the company which worked fine, however it did NOT return focus to the CURSOR. After correcting this *BIG* oversight, the data sets printed on all the pages correctly. Suggesting I include all functions in the data drew my attention to this. I am very grateful to you and relieved that this has been resolved and I can now move on.
