We are running a GroupWise server on version 5.?, a Novell server running 4.? and an NT 4.? server. We just upgraded our clients to 3.30 for Win9x and 4.8 for Win2000 & NT. All of our Win95 and Win2000 boxes that need to access Visual Source Safe on the NT server have slowed way down. After some period of time, trying to click on a different folder in VSS acts like the HD has cycled down. If I attempt to delete 1 or more files on my local hd (Win2K), I get the same noticable delay. We plan to upgrade to 5.0 on the main server sometime and I'm told that when that happens, we must run this new client.

I tried disconnecting all of my network drives and re-connecting them. I thought it made a difference, but as the day went on, the slowness was still there. Any suggestions?
