This is true that flex grid are not directly editable. You could always put a textbox over the current cell, allow the input and change your flexgrid but this can be a lot of work.

In fact, this is one of those cases where, if one were to do it, I'd recommend wrapping it into an ActiveX control for later use. And in fact, the Benage/Mirza book "Buiilding Enterprise Solutions with Visual Studio 6" includes an example of exactly how to do this with the flexgrid. IIRC, there are some resource files for the book, probably including this very grid.
Aagin, though, the question is ... is it worth it? especially since the datagrid accomplishes the same goal. It's just worth mentioning.
