I am trying to add a com plus component using the component manager. I was able to create the component but when I try to add my .tbl file I get a message that says I don't have the necessary rights to complete the action. I am logged on as the administrator. Is there a "switch" somewhere that has to be set to enable rights for com plus? And, yes, Com Plus is running on the machine.
