I have no problems with building and sharing VB DLL's... it's just that the ActiveX controls seem to present a lot of problems. The process is clumsy and slow, and all in all, takes quite a while to build even a simple component. The folks I have talked to who work for companies that build ActiveX componnts are using C++ to do it.
