I'm conflicted on the recounts. On one hand, there is a responsibility to vote accurately on the part of the voter. OTOH, if the chad is barely attached and shows a clear intent....what I didn't like is what Broward County did, which was, basically, guessing "intent" or judging the smallest mark. Well, no sh*t that Gore would pick up 400+ votes in Broward with this loose standard.
