I created an object living in COM+ on another machine from my local VFP With ox = CREATEOBJECT("MyDll.MyClass") Everything works fine and i can access all my PEM's. If i disconnect my network, i still have Type("ox") = "O" But if i query a property like ? ox.name VFP Hangs for about 2 minutes. Is there a way to test if we still have a valid connection before using a remote object ?
