yes, messy ! are you like most programmers I know, we have a library of things we've done over the years, and have no real idea who owns what ?

As in, I start with sample code from Microsoft, modify it for a contract and then re-use it modified even more!

Then someone asks who owns the source code !!! Or the look & feel !!
