I used it a few years ago in a VB project. It is (or was) a very good product. It is basically an API to interact with xBase files. As far as I remember it is very complete in the sense that you can do most of what you can do with an xBase language using CodeBase function. It is also extremelly fast.

The only problem that we found with it is that is too low level. Everything is based on pointers so if you screw up one of them you can bring down the whole application (or perhaps the system.)
