Grrrr!! As it turned out, it
was BITMAP = OFF that was causing the problem on Terminal Server! I could have sworn that I had initially installed the app without this setting in the config.fpw and then started using it when the refresh problems turned up. Well, out of desperation I figured I would remove it again and see what happens. All is well in Whoville!
My suggestion, don't even bother with this setting!
