Yup, you already know the answer... :)
Or at least that's what I would also do.

I haven't had any problems with Win2000.
However on some machines I have had problems during the install when installing VFP and then going straight to SP3. I've had to go back and install SP1 then SP2 then SP3. I know you're not supposed to have to do this, but I've seen it happen on more than one machine.
