I don't have much details for this query, but was wondering if anyone had seen anything like this.

We have an application which is installed all over the UK.

One of our staff was in Birmingham yesterday and reported the following problem. Whenever he tried to print a report, a "Print to file" dialogue would appear, allowing him to create a .prn file. Trying to print from notepad worked ok and sent the print job to the printer.

The application works ok elsewhere, and there is no "print to file" code in the application. The same reports print ok both at our office and with other clients.
