Here is what I think, not that it matters and not that is at all relevant as JVP says.
I believe Bush recieved many more votes than Gore. Many more than the current totals actually show.
The Florida legislature is Republican. The senate is Republican. The governor is Republican. It would defy any logic to think that the state would suddenly vote Democratic. I don't believe it.

But what I believe and what Gore believes don't matter one darned bit. So this thing about "He believes he got more votes" is the most revolting aspect of this drama.
