We should have a physical strength test to qualify those who will be allowed to vote. If you do not have the strength to punch a hole in a piece of paper you are excluded. Gee, somehow that sounds a bit like an area of the United States just a few years ago – voter qualification! Perhaps Zen would work better – no one votes – the Zen Master closes his eyes and turns his head 90 degrees left and “knows” the will of the people.
