From my experience: Basically they are HP printers having not standard codes.
Regularly I solve the problem by replacing printer drivers.

I have problems with using report .... to printer prompt command.
With same kinds of printer computer always gives me an error like in the title of the message.
The printer is of course OK, and when I use command without prompt everything is OK.
Maybe anyone knows how to fighth with this error.
