I have accomplished this in two different ways.

1. Create a dataflex report to export the data in text format and input to a VFP table.

2. Use DataJunction to convert the data into VFP. Create a template in DataJunction so each time you have to convert data you are ready to go.

Write your own routine in VFP to handle the data and which tables the data will go into.
