I originally bought a Palm III, but shortly upgraded to a Palm Vx. I like the smaller size which I find to be a big bonus since it fits into a shirt pocket easily. I probably wouldn't spring for the extra memory if I had to do it over again, because I've got a bunch of stuff that I never use crammed onto the thing and still only takes up a little over 2mb of memory. I could probably get rid of half of it and not miss it at all.
