Hi Larry,

VS.Net can co-exist with VS.6. (At least I've had no VFP problems.)

One thing to note is that the ActiveX controls in WINNT\SYSTEM32 get updated. So if you're distributing apps from this box I suspect that you could be inviting future problems if those ActiveX controls have a drop dead date.
