I have the similar problem if I change the RowHeight. It should be the whole Grid.Height (don't try to change it by yourself, use as it is in a class). Also there is no way to move to another column without using Tab (mouse doesn't work).
I discussed this problem with Cetin while ago (in private) and he told me, he was working on another control to display memo in a grid. AFAIK, he haven't finished this control yet.

Therefore, it's up to you - use Cetin's control (works great on the form, pageframe, etc.) or the simple EditBox. Unfortunately, I don't know the better control for displaing memo in a grid, if you or somebody else can point me in the right direction, I would be really greatful.
