Sorry, but you're wrong. It IS possible for Al Gore to win this with a legal contest of the election, but not a sure thing, since their plan depends on rushing it through the circuit court or getting the Florida Supremes to take it over. Either way raises issues of due process being short-circuited.

However, it may not matter, since the Florida Legislature will probably act next week to certify their own slate anyway.
