He is getting it. He is just not being allowed to push through without opposition. If I were to take you to civil court, would you not defend yourself and position as best and as vigorously as you could? If I have possession of the golden goose, and you are trying to take it away via a court battle, I am going to fight you with all the resources I can muster whether it rightfully belongs to me or not as long as its value to me continues to outweigh the costs of the battle.
