A simple way is to download the beta of VFP NET. When you download and install it you can open up a command window and do a createobject to oWord. When you work in the command window the intellisense will show you all of the properties events and methods of the object. A good learning tool if you want to investigate an automation object.

Another way is to look for the VBA help files that Word has for VB script.
