It's interesting that under Florida law, you have until December 6 for election contests to be filed. So, I suppose that if Gore were awarded the election by a judge BEFORE then, Bush could then file contests....
I wonder, however, if the presently certified winner can file a contest action before the certification is overturned, or can perhaps file a counter-contest once the other team has contested?
