Dragging the thumb in a listbox doesn't doesn't generate a VFP trappable event. Perhaps you can use the ListView ActiveX instead?

It seems that the default is only show scrolling contents when either the up or down arrows are clicked and jump to the new location when the scroller bar is moved.
