I scanned for ImageEdit.exe on my system and didn't find it so we must be talking about two separate things. The one I use is actually part of the VC++ 6.0 development environment. You just click New... click the files tab, and then choose Icon File.
I didn't know though about this ImageEdit.exe you mentioned. I'll have to snoop around and see if we have that on CD somewhere. That might be cool.
