But, I agree with another point that was kind of implicit (I think) in Jeff's comment. I'd like to see a Technical Chatter thread and a Non-Technical Chatter thread.

No offense intended to anyone who has been frequently posting on these topics... but I can't say I put much stock in the political theorizing of programmers. If we had so much to offer on the subject, we'd probably be in that line of work.
