I believe it is going to be presented today before the US Supreme Court that in fact, the top of the ballot is more prone to this problem. THIS IS JUST WHAT I HEARD LAST NIGHT ON EITHER CNBC OR MSNBC FROM A GORE LAWYER. I am not going to argue whether this is true or not, I'll leave it up to the Supremes. Whom, by the way, I have a great deal of confidence it, regardless of their decision.
