Hi!

You have probably more than one Oracle Home. You need to add your TNS Names entry in more than one
place. I.E. In the starty menu you have 1 group of oracle programs for Forms 5 and 1 for form4.5.
Go into the programs for Forms 5 and find the Net8 COnfiguration Assistant. Add your server
using this program. (my guess is you added the server to one home but not the other..) I do this all the time.
