Hi David,
It would depend on what expenses you can justify. For our site, a small upstart, getting a merchant account, site certificate, installing the site certificate etc., cost far more than we could justify at present. If the site grows, then we'll look into it again. Currently we choose to use PayPal. The customer does have to provide their info the first time if not a PayPal member already, but after that, if the site is using a business account with autopay set up, it's pretty automated. They just enter their username and password and click send payment.
