I installed it on W2K Advanced Server (the only machine I could spare if things went wrong!) and have been pleasantly suprised. I had no problems with the installation, other than it took a while. You really do need a fast processor and lots of RAM. My test machine has 192 mb and a P2-400, not really good enough but it does work.

I haven't really gotten into any of the new features yet, but I did notice right away that when you drop an object on a form from the tool bar that it takes a default size as opposed to VB 6 where you had to drag the initial size.
