It is pretty easy if you used the View Designer. Click on the "Update Criteria" tab of the View Designer. You will need to have a Key Field. Choose the fields you want updated, then check the "Send SQL Updates" checkbox in the lower, left-hand corner.

The key field is a must, so you will need to make a key field in the table first.
