How can I get the Clean Up Database... to enable from the menubar? I want to edit the referential integrity, but a window message pops up with "Clean up Database first..."

How I got there is I am working on Add/Edit/Delete buttons and it won't DELETE (Trigger error). I do not have any "links" in the Database Designer, am I supposed to have links in there? I have indexes and the form seems to work now with parent/child relationship.

As for "Add" button, I am going to look for DELETED() record first, if found, then re-use it (RECALL) or issue APPEND BLANK. Will SCATTER work to clear the content data of the deleted record?. I don't know where I set the buffering to Record Optimistic, where is that setting?.
