Many consultations with the Author and implementing PHDBase into a VFP 6.0 app, works but is really resource intensive.

A current revision and upgrade of several projects of ours which has used the product in the past, will now be using
index server under IIS. We seem to be able to configure its operation much less painfully.

My problem with PHDase was that if many documents had embedded graphics, much processor time was being used while PHDBase did a binary level index. You can configure MS Index server to omit indexing on a binary level, and not build humoungous indexes on the individual bits and bytes in a binary image.
