Thanks very much. I issued the 'clear debug' and have been able to use the debugger for a few sessions without a c0000005 error.

Thanks again, I was getting desperate.

>Try CLEAR DEBUG at the command prompt. Some of the debugger configuration information is stored in the registry and deleting the resource file obviously doesn't affect that *s*. The clear will reset everything back to factory defaults. This has worked for me in the past.
