Just did, (thanks for the tip), maybe I missed it, was there as far as you know any outcome? From what I saw, it looked like it had degenerated into nit picking other's messages (good thing that doesn't happen any more! <g>) Although I have not read each and every message in the numerous threads...

Do you beleive there is nothing we can to do to shape the image of VFP in the corporate world? Personally, I have been cross-training myself in other platforms, but it seems to me that just acelerates the decline of this fine (read: productive) language. That's why I'm instigating other suggestions/approaches!

To try to assure this thread won't die (forgive me if I missed something the last time around), I'm willing to contribute time (as well as my $5), to work with others in our community following through with the results of everyone's sugggestions and input...

Like I've previously said I may not be the most eloquent writer/speaker but I'll work with Richard Green, UT, FPUG's and anyone else who believes VFP should be the most widely used business computer langauage in Microsoft's arsonal, and try to make that happen! (ok it sounds grandour, but I believe VFP would assist most companies IT efforts)
