After all those years I still can't understand what normalized-denormalized means :) So I cannot answer that part.
It's hierarchical flexgrid. Like grid version of treeview. Today I don't have time but tomorrow I'll pack and send you a sample and you could see what I mena better. Hard to explain w/o code for me :)
