You may be right Erik and you certianly raised some points that I had not taken into consideration. I guess that in my thinking the "will" to produce the quality is just not there. Of course, that is highly subjective thinking and probably not fair on my part. But I still think that it can happen. :)

Again, you may be right and my comparision might be unfair but my intent was not to be unfair or unkind to FPA. I guess in my thinking I was not so much being critical of FPA as I was wishing that we could have ANY magazine that came close to the quality of VBPJ. At present we do not. If in expressing that wish I was overly critical of FPA they have my sincere apology.

I will still contend, however, that at some point it is a matter of "will". By that I mean a decision by the publisher to set a standard and stick to it. If, as you suggest, we do not have the pool of writers to do it on a monthly basis why not issue a bi-monthly magazine. CoDe is quartely and it is probably a good thing as it takes some of us a quarter just to try and absorb the articles! :)
