If you don't want to become an immediate Republican, run to and from Liberty Bowl stadium. After the game, head directly east, do not stop to help the crack addicts that surround the stadium. Once semi-safely tucked away in east Memphis, Germantown or Bartlett you can get BBQ at Corkys or Gridleys. If you desire to brave the tribes otherwise known as bloods and crips, go downtown and hit the Rendezvous. They have great ribs. However, you are taking your life in your own hands after dark. I carry a pistol everywhere I go, so it doesn't bother me to go to any of these. Personally, I'd recommend you go to the Rendezvous unarmed. We can always use another conservative!

>>I believe you answered the question yourself, "was leading." He no longer leads the conservatives. Where is Clinton?>
>I just don't remember hearing the moral outrage from the right.<

As I thought, you failed to comment on Mr sleeze himself. It looks like he may wind up in England and she in New York! That will be great, they'll both be in foreign countries!!!!

>>Sure, Lieberman doesn't hold the Sabbath in too high esteem anyway. Didn't he make campaign appearances during the campaign on the Sabbath? I think yes. He used to be one the conservatives could point to as a democrat with some character, now we just point out that he is another liberal character.>
>Is it your understanding that he should not be campaigning on the Sabbath? My knowledge of Judaism is limited, but I thought I had read he could not ride in a car or talk on the phone during the Sabbath. And from what I have read, he has done that, including walking four miles to cast a senate vote on Saturdays.<

I'm not Jewish either, but I've got friends who are and they tell me he's not Orthodox if he's out campaigning on the Sabbath. I feel like he's just another politician, willing to say whatever the masses will lap up. I don't take what any of them say at face value. I believe in the Reagan policy of Trust, but Verify!
