>>I find the message reply style, in which the new message gets appended to the bottom of the messages, to be time-comsuming and inconvenient: the part I want to read is below the screen and I need to scroll it up. Wouldn't it make more sense to have the default reply be at the top of the message, so it could be quickly read?

I dont know about how others may use this appended message style here on the Thread, but I love... I'm desparately trying to bring my Fox skills up to speed with VFP 5.0a in as short amount of time as possible. I'm trying to redevelop a 2.6 Reporting System into a client/server data warehousing front end. This appended message style is great for me because everyday I printout messages that pertain to what I'm trying to learn how to do, and its nice to get a message from the end of a Thread that tracks the discussion. Makes for one cheat sheet per problem as opposed to many!
