Ok, shot in the dark:

Are you sure, your application doesn't use any screens, programs, etc. designed by other developer? I think, it's trying to rlock() and if it failed, it shows this message. It should be in a code then. Could you search all your project files for this message. If it's not the case, I can't help, sorry.
