This year there have been several articles in FoxTalk discussing some of the VFP frameworks (VMP, VFE, MM and CodeMine.) I believe they are free and you can download them from their website at http://www.foxtalknewsletter.com/

>We're using VPM6, and since we're going C/S and Web real soon now, we're considering several options. What we need is a strong n-tier framework (in the sense that it had n-tier in mind from the very start), to be somewhat lightweight (not necessarily, but assuming shorter learning curve), and somewhat that would be highly usable when its first tier is stripped off and replaced with a Web front (most probably ASP stuff, since the rest of the shop has already done lots of it in ASP/VB/SQL7/JS/VBS combination).

>Just kidding about the war, I just need more opinions, or pointers to threads where they were posted before. I've done some search, but didn't find what I was looking for.

>TIA, and may this thread not be too long.
