I haven't seem much difference between the Pentium and the Celeron CPU at similar clock speeds. Do you have specific knowledge as to why the Pentium III would be significantly better?

I think I'm going to go with two 10GB 7200 RPM ATA drives. I don't know what manufacturer Dell is using.

I would love to get an LCD monitor but I'm afraid I'm not quite there yet. I really should have an 18" model and the prices are still in the high teens ($1500 +).

So I will settle for a good 17" model. Dell has the Trinitron at around $300. What do you like?
