Is this download of thousands of records needed JUST for reporting purposes? Can you run this on another computer? Or run the download asynchronously as
BOb suggested? If you absolutely have to have every record then the only thing I can think of to speed up the download is to bring over only the fields you absolutely have to have.

>FetchSize is the default of 100. Increasing this value does not seem to boosts performance. FetchAsNeeded gets records as needed but you still have to wait. The program does need all of the thousands of records there to return an accurate report. Any other suggestions?
