Thanks for the tip, Jen. BTW, I'm do mostly Windows, but am continually intrigued by the MAC. Would have changed if the damn things were not twice the price of IBM boxes in '84, 85. Anyway, I'm having a problem with identifying the folder that the exe is in. For example, I have a conversion program that appends the old data to the new structure. I create a sub-directory (usually BKP), copy the originals into it, copy empty new files into the master directory (folder)... with the exe and the conversion exe, of course... and then run the conversion.
