I attempted to install Peer Web Services on a NT Workstation 4.0 SP3
machine. The setup worked fine until it tried starting the service. This
took approx. 10 minutes and then setup continued.

Once setup was complete and I restarted the machine, I couldn't access the
web server. I ran the Internet Service Manager and it couldn't find any of
the servers. The service shows up in the network control panel and the
process shows up in the task manager as running. There are no entrys in the
App log either. I uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times with no success.

The machine is a stand-alone box and has no network adapter in it.

Is there some trick to making this work? Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
"It is an important and popular fact that things are not always what they seem. For instance, on the planet Earth, man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than dolphins because he had achieved so much -- the wheel, New York, wars and so on -- whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck about in the water having a good time. But conversely, the dolphins had always believed that they were far more intelligent than man -- for precisely the same reasons." - Douglas Adams
