Oracle as already some technical support programs but I don't know what they are. If they can establish a link from their Web site or something like that, this will make some certain traffic and will justify the need to have a forum here. It's just that I will not open a forum and take charge of it if we don't have traffic.

I know how it is. The Corel owner is still trying to get some supports from Corel in order to be recognized as a mecanism for their support. Those companies are so big and it takes some times.

I know some big companies about similar technology already have their own mecanism of offering online support. If they do have one and if it is good, than it will not be justified to open a forum here as we will only have a small number of people using it and most of the questions will remain unanswered.
